Kew Gardens - Movement and Mindfulness

We held a movement and mindfulness session at Kew Gardens lead by our very own babe, Lili and their wonderful co-facilitator Rebekah!

ADHD Babes 5th birthday - Brunch with the Babes!

Last month we celebrated our 5th birthday at the Africa Centre with a brunch. A time was had celebrating all we have achieved so far. We had food, performances, massages, awards, raffles, a DJ, games, art and so many snacks!

Trust for London

We are delighted to announce we have been awarded a continued bout of funding from Trust for London!
After being our first multi-year grant back in 2023 and allowing us the capacity to create a sustainable working model, we will continue this work between 2025-2028. This round of funding will help with the production of our Podcast, cover costs of roles within our Equity & System Change Work and create capacity for our Managing Director to explore sustainability and equitable working methods that accommodate capacity-first within our team.

Pathways to Equity Working groups

We have been defining equity by centering our experiences as Black Women and non-binary people with ADHD. We held a workshop to continue to think about what our lives would look like if we focused on our communal safety and sustainability. As an organisation, we want to understand how we centre safety, joy and the best versions of ourselves to ensure we are able to hold each other in community for years to come.
