Our first Sip and Nit was a HUGE success. So huge we have done 2 more since.
We are always listening to our community and exploring new ways to express ourselves. We are so excited to continue these workshops and hold beautiful spaces.
WE’VE BEEN MAKING WAVES. Over these 6 months we have been invited to contribute on panels, podcasts, workshops and articles. Sharing our truth and making sure our voices are heard. You can find links to everyone we’ve worked with on our website.
We ran a 12 week wellbeing programme focussing on wellness, healing and community together as ADHD Babes.
We want to again thank The World Reimagined (@twr_org) for making such a transformative experience possible.

Listen while we interview special guests who will inspire them with knowledge and tools to help, both them and you, manage their ADHD.
Walk with them in their journey of learning about our wonderful brains and all the things that come with living in a world where you have to manage multiple intersectionality's.

ADHD BABES is getting sustainable. We have been working really hard to create a membership that works for everyone.
You wont be able to join up yet, as membership will open towards the end of the month... but we thought we'd give you a sneak peak of what we have to offer
Sunday body doubling and journaling sessions take place between 7:00-9:00PM (BST). Body-doubling is a tool that can help us start and maintain concentration during tasks by working with somebody else there. This event is for members only
